We recommend these workshops for parents, employees, employers, self-employed, or someone who would like to change and improve their quality of private or professional life.

#1 Resilience and Adopted Believes
How resilient are we or our organization to absorb disturbance, whether small every day one or a big one like virus right now? We will learn to recognize a critical moment when we should take a turn into change and not go back to old ways of thinking and behaving in believe to avoid chaos and loss.
We will practice to recognize what parts of our thinking, feeling, and behaving are ours, and what parts are copied or adapted from others.
#2 Clear Communication
Social and psychological agreements are a crucial aspect of the working environment. Only clearly communicated tasks can deliver productive results. Unless our expectations are clearly expressed to ourselves and other people, there are misunderstandings and many unpleasant emotions associated with it.
We will look at what types of problems do we know and why it is essential to recognize them - this is especially important in these times and times to come since we expect some new disruptions and adaptations in our lives.
#3 Roles and Values
Now it will be more important than ever to define our roles within professional and personal life. We will learn to recognize our values and to inhibit roles that are in line with those.
#4 Criticizing and Praising
It is useful to give constructive criticism and appropriate praise. We criticize and praise in our daily lives, whether ourselves, co-workers, employees, subordinates, partners, friends, children, etc. We will learn how to criticize and how to praise through stimulus theory.
At this time, a lot of communication will take place in the working environment to reevaluate working processes, develop new strategies, etc. We will look at how to have efficient meetings, meetups, or just conversations with maximum productivity.
#5 Masks and Psychological Hungers
Correct socialization: Wearing a mask - what kind of behavior is expected in public, private, and intimate life? Why is it necessary to differentiate?
We will look at hungers theory, what are the psychological hungers we need to satisfy in order to function at our best. At this moment, our roles have changed, and we might be in a deficit of recognition, or many of us can't be close to our loved ones, parents, or others, and we are deprived of contact, lack of structure, etc. Recognizing our needs and attending them is highly important to be authentic and at best performance.
It's essential to have a positive attitude towards self and others, and we will learn how to maintain it.
Price: 50€/Workshop p.p.
200€/series (5 Workshops)
