6 Weeks to Learn, Reflect, and Deal with Stress (Online)
Entrepreneurship often asks us to give everything — our time, energy, creativity, and emotional strength.
But rarely do we pause to ask: At what cost?
This program is my invitation to slow down, understand what drives you, and learn to lead yourself with as much care as you lead your company.
Over six weeks, we’ll explore the psychology behind founder stress, the patterns that shape our leadership, and practical ways to create more balance, clarity, and resilience.
The program combines:
- weekly group learning (1 hour)
- individual coaching (45 minutes per week)
- group reflection every second week.
It’s an intimate experience — limited to 6 founders per cohort — built on insights from my book The Complexities of Founders Wellbeing.
🧭 Program Overview
Week 1 – Data-Driven Insights on Founder Stress
We’ll start by looking at what the data really tells us about founder stress and wellbeing.
We’ll explore the patterns that appear across founders globally, what factors contribute to mental strain, and how the “culture of strength” in entrepreneurship often keeps us silent about our own struggles.
Together, we’ll begin reframing wellbeing not as a weakness, but as essential data — information that helps us make better decisions for ourselves and our businesses.
Week 2 – Owning Our Own Mind
This week is about building self-awareness.
We’ll map our thinking patterns, notice how they shape our perception, and learn to recognize and name emotions as powerful sources of information.
We’ll explore what it means to be truly coachable — open to growth and reflection — and how over-adaptation (saying yes when we mean no) quietly drains our energy.
By the end of this session, we’ll have tools to understand and manage stress like mature founders — with perspective and self-trust.
Week 3 – Communication and Connection
We’ll dive into the art of expressing ourselves clearly — saying what we mean and meaning what we say.
We’ll explore how to communicate needs, opinions, and limits in a way that builds understanding instead of tension.
We’ll also look at the dynamics of giving and receiving criticism or appreciation — how to stay grounded and keep conversations productive and human.
This week is about finding clarity in how we connect — with ourselves, our teams, and our partners.
Week 4 – The Founder as Cultural Architect
Every founder shapes culture, whether intentionally or not.
In this session, we’ll explore how our own behaviors, beliefs, and values become part of our organization’s DNA.
We’ll learn how to recognize unhelpful patterns, strengthen what works, and approach problems with a structured, psychologically informed mindset.
We’ll discuss how to lead teams through change while staying emotionally available and authentic.
Week 5 – Recognition, Motivation, and Energy
This week, we’ll explore something we rarely talk about — our human need for recognition and validation.
We’ll learn how the need for appreciation shapes both leadership and team dynamics, and how to create a “recognition-rich culture” without falling into constant performance pressure.
We’ll discuss stimulus hunger — our drive for contact, excitement, and structure — and how to balance it in a healthy way.
Week 6 – Navigating the Founder’s Journey with Resilience
In our final session, we’ll integrate everything we’ve learned and turn it into a sustainable personal framework.
We’ll look at how to maintain resilience during uncertainty, lead through change, and continue personal growth beyond the program.
This week is about taking ownership of your wellbeing — understanding that resilience isn’t about endurance, but about recovery, reflection, and self-awareness.
